When shopping at flea markets its easy to get caught up in a buying frenzy-yep I have many times.
Take a moment and step back - look for color and character first. Will it accent or fit in with what I already have.
Dont be afraid to ask the vendor questions about repairs and restorations or where the item came from
See possibilities- how would it look painted another color !
Look for other uses for items- how could I use this as a container, for storage, in a different way ?
Have fun just remember a bargain is never a bargain if you never use it !
